Checkout is handled by Square. Your card details are entered on Square’s secure checkout page and are never seen or stored by this website. Square’s own privacy notice and terms apply to the information you give at checkout.

Click counting: only if you say OK, this site records which of Jamie’s social links or Latest Creations you tap, the page you were on, and the time. It’s stored on this site’s own system for Jamie alone — no names, emails, ad networks or cookies. Your choice is saved on your device.

Shipping & pickup

Most items will ship through USPS. Pre-made items will ship in 1-3 days after order is placed. Custom orders will ship up to 14 days after order. Orders placed after 6:00pm eastern time will be processed the following business day. Unable to ship internationally. Free delivery on orders over $100.

Store pickup is offered at 1316 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC. Pickup hours: Policy details to be confirmed.

Returns

  • Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
  • To return an item, customers should contact our customer support team at jamiescraftytouch@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The return process typically takes 3-5 business days once the item is received.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a defective product.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including custom orders, final sale items, and products that have been opened or used.
  • We offer customers the choice of a full refund to the original payment method, an exchange for a different product, or store credit based on their preference.

Custom order policy

  • Sending a request does not place an order. Jamie reviews each request personally, and price, availability and timing are confirmed with you before anything is made.
  • Custom orders will ship up to 14 days after order.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable.
